Our services are designed to cater our Private Label Clients and businesses of all sizes, offering transparent pricing and customizable options for short-term or long-term storage. With a focus on maintaining the integrity of your goods and ensuring easy accessibility, we make the process of managing your inventory simple and efficient. Below, you’ll find our comprehensive storage policy outlining terms for payment, non-payment, and the retrieval of goods.

Storage Fees:
- Storage will be charged at a rate of $35 per skid (pallet) per month. Payment is due on the first day of each month, and invoices will be issued 15 days before the due date.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied.

Non-Payment and Liens:
- If the storage fee remains unpaid for more than 60 days, the warehouse will exercise a warehouseman’s lien, giving us the right to retain control of the stored goods until the outstanding charges are settled in full, including any applicable late fees or handling charges.
- After 90 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to sell the goods at public auction or through private sale to recover the outstanding balance. Notice will be provided to the customer 30 days prior to the sale, as required by law. Any remaining proceeds after the sale will be held for the customer to claim.
For branded or custom-printed goods, we cannot sell the items due to intellectual property restrictions. In such cases, after 90 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to dispose of the goods in a manner that ensures brand protection and legal compliance. All associated disposal costs will be added to the outstanding balance owed by the client.

- We understand that business circumstances may change. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any significant changes in their operations, which might impact storage arrangements. Please notify us at least 30 days in advance of any change in business address or operational status.

Goods Retrieval and Transportation:
- Clients are responsible for the cost of transporting goods from the warehouse to their chosen destination. Requests for retrieval of goods must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance. Once payment is confirmed, goods will be released for transport.
